Special Assistance

Wheelchairs and scooters are available at the McCormick Place permanent coat check located in the South Building, Level 1, Gate 4 (next to the connection to the Hyatt Hotel) for a rental fee. It's recommended that you make a reservation prior to the show. Rentals are based on availability. Please call Scootaround at 888-441-7575 or 204-982-0657 to make your reservation as soon as possible.

The cost is $50 per day for a battery operated scooter rental. There is no charge for a manual wheelchair. Pre-payment by Visa or MasterCard is required. For more information please visit: www.scootaround.com.

IMTS Building Tram Stations

A new shuttle service will operate from each building to facilitate pick-up and drop-off from each building. Shuttle access is provided from the back of the South (Hall A), North (Hall B), and West (Hall F) Buildings. Lakeside Center (East - Hall D) has shuttle access at the side entrance. Station seating and complementary water will also be available.
