International Visitor Registration

An International Visitor is a person working in the Manufacturing Industry outside the U.S. Exhibits only registration is free for international visitors. Find out more about getting a visa and Letter of Invitation for IMTS.

Student Registration

Individuals at all levels of learning are invited to attend the Smartforce Student Summit at IMTS 2014 at no charge. Students, educators, administrators and guidance counselors, register for free! Registration is now open - visit the Smartforce Student Summit page for more information and to register.

Conference Registration

Conference registration includes access to the exhibit hall for all 6 days of the show. More information and pricing will be available soon.

Badges

Attendees registered with a U.S. address before August 27, 2014 should receive badges in the mail.  Badges generally ship within three to five business days after registering (beginning in July). To check the status of your badge call 508-743-8535 or email IMTS2014@xpressreg.net. Attendees registered after August 27, 2014 can pick up badges on-site at Visitor Registration, located in every building of McCormick Place. Please bring your Registration Confirmation.

Attendees registered with an address from any other country except the United States before August 14, 2014 should receive badges in the mail.  Badges generally ship within five to ten business days after registering (beginning in July).  To check the status of your badge please call 508-743-8535 or email IMTS2014@xpressreg.net. Attendees registered after August 14, 2014 can pick up badges on-site at Visitor Registration, located in every building of McCormick Place. Please bring your Registration Confirmation.

On-Site Registration

On-site registration is open Monday, Sept. 8 through Saturday, Sept. 13:

  • East and West Buildings: 8:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.
  • North and South Buildings: 9:00 a.m. - 6:00 p.m.
