In a 2017 survey of my own database, B2B entrepreneurs and marketers told me that 48% of their new clients come from referrals. That's a lot, but not surprising. The surprising statistic was that 74% of the respondents said they don't have a formalized referral marketing strategy! This simply makes no sense.
